Stewardship in Service of the Mission

IPS is legally registered as a nonprofit organization. Financial stewardship supports the Society's nonprofit purpose and its five official pillars of service — it is a practice we hold ourselves to, not a claim of completed audits or certifications.

Contributions should be used in alignment with IPS's nonprofit purpose. As the organization grows, we intend to formalize the policies and reporting described on this page and publish verified versions once they exist and have been properly approved.

Compensation and Private Benefit

Guarding Against Improper Private Benefit

Organizational resources should not be used for improper personal enrichment. Anyone involved in organizational decisions is expected to disclose conflicts of interest and avoid using their position for private benefit at the Society's expense.

As IPS formalizes its governance, more detailed compensation and conflict-of-interest policies will be developed and published. This page does not set specific compensation rules, ratios, or leadership structures.
